Youth Education Opportunities
Junior High Class: Sunday mornings, 10:55 - 11:30 a.m.
Students in grades 7 and 8 meet on Sunday mornings in Room 301. Youth interested in participating should meet in the Narthex at the beginning of the final hymn. This interactive, relational, Bible Study Class is led by Gene Saunders and Amy Lachman.
Confirmation Class
Offered annually, this class is open to all senior high youth (grades 9-12) who wish to explore their faith and what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ at Westminster Presbyterian Church. This class is led by Associate Pastor Nancy Hodgkins.
The 2012 class began on September 11. The class meets weekly in Room 209 from 9:00-9:45 on Sunday mornings. Participants are expected to attend the Confirmation Retreat February 24-25, 2012. The Commissioning Service for the Confirmation Class will be Sunday, March 11, 2012. |
