Westminster has proudly been involved in a unique and exciting partnership
with E. J. Brown (formerly Van Cleve) Elementary School since 1996. We do whatever we can to help E.J. Brown students, their parents, and their teachers succeed...

• Tutoring (or serving as a substitute)
  We tutor students from E. J. Brown Elementary School on a one-to-one basis throughout the school year, usually from mid-September until mid-May.  Tutoring runs from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.  You may choose to tutor on a Wednesday or on a Thursday.

• Driving the bus
  We need drivers to pick up the tutored children at the school and drop them off at tutoring.  This takes about twenty minutes.

• Preparing the snacks
  We need helpers to prepare the snacks for the tutored children. 

• Monitoring the computer room
  
  
• Mentoring at the school
  
  
• Assisting a classroom teacher once a week
  
  
• Being in charge of collecting books for the annual book fair in late May
  
  
• Writing grants
  
  
• Helping supervise our summer Day Camp
