* The Lunch Host/Coordinator is asked to provide a simple lunch for the participants. Examples: hot dogs, carrots and apples, water or lemonade and a cookie. Other things served last year were ham or turkey & cheese sandwiches, PB&J's, chicken nuggets...with simple sides like applesauce, fruit cups.... We do need to consider vegetarians and provide an acceptable entrée selection for them as well |
