Westminster Presbyterian Women (WPW)

We follow a rich heritage of providing women unique opportunities for fellowship, study and service.

In the very midst of our commitments to families, careers, and community life, we seek to continually enrich our understanding of what it means to be a disciple of Christ.

All women are invited to engage in a group fitting their interest:
Horizons Bible Study Circles
Movie View & Review Circles
Sewing Circle
Reading Circle

Circles* are the heartbeat of WPW.
Seasonal gatherings and mission projects complete the picture of WPW.

The Presbyterian Women’s logo shows a central figure standing in praise, reaching to embrace a just peace, and forming a cross. The right figure holds a book to symbolize her reading, studying praying, and meditating. The Bible resembles the same Bible shown in our denominational seal. The left figure reaches out to care for others as she shares, nurture, and heals.  The circle represents the church worldwide where women offer their gifts and talents to a global community. The relationship between the three figures depicts lives of wholeness rather than turmoil. The three women have no distinct features. They represent all women.

*Circles is the WPW code word for small groups of women. Sometimes they sit in rectangles, too.
