At Westminster we define a Christian Small Group as an intentional face-to-face gathering of 10 or fewer people on a regular time schedule with the common purpose of building relationships with each other and God. This happens through sharing, study and prayer. Groups covenant to meet as a group twice a month for 3 or 4 months. At the end of that time, the group evaluates its time together and decides whether or not to continue as a group. There is a high level of commitment expected when joining a Small Group, because only through consistent attendance can the group grow and bond. There are presently 11 Small Groups and new ones will be forming in the future.
