Fellowship

Friendships grow strong in the love and warmth of Westminster's fellowship. Here are a number of opportunities for you: Small Groups, Presby Groups, Interest Groups, Westminster Presbyterian Women, Men of Westminster, All Church Dinners, Sunday Lunches

Small Group Ministry

Westminster's Small Groups meet for a time of sharing, study and prayer. A variety of groups exist. Most meet every other week for three to four months and then recovenant for another period of time.

These groups of 10 or fewer people provide an excellent opportunity to connect with other people and explore issues of faith and spirituality in a safe environment.  Enrich your relationship with God through participating in one of these very special groups.

Presby Groups

For more than 55 years, Westminster Presby Groups have offered Christian fellowship and support for small clusters of members who enjoy each other’s company. Today, there are 20 Presby Groups; some formed just this year and others have been together more than 50 years. Presby Group members are married and single, young and old, and from all corners of the Miami Valley. Groups usually meet monthly for a meal, a special activity, or both.

Interest Groups

Westminster currently has five Interest Groups. These groups are open to anyone regardless of skill level!

  • Bridge #1 meets the second Tuesday and Bridge #2 the fourth Monday, both at 6:30 p.m. in the West Parlor.

  • Camping meets three to four times during the year for camping events.

  • Scrapbooking meets the second Friday at 7:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.

  • Quilting, Knitting and Needlework meets quarterly on the second Saturday in January, April and July, in Fellowship Hall from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Westminster Presbyterian Women

Join with other Westminster women who strive to be an inclusive, caring community in fellowship with one another by participating in the following opportunities: Bible study, prayer, supporting local and worldwide mission, working for justice and peace. Small gatherings meet monthly at various times in homes or at the church consisting of lunch and an exciting program.

Men of Westminster

Men in the congregation meet once a month for lunch at an area restaurant for a program and Christian fellowship. See The Chimes each month for details of these relaxed gatherings.
